Divino.
This evening donfede took me to Divino Lounge for a delicious pre-birthday dinner of paella negra.
The walls were lined with works by Argentinian artist Marcelo Javier Barreto & we were seated next to this gorgeous oil-on-canvas painting, ‘Black Moon,’ which belongs to a collection of portraits entitled ‘The Queen.’
According to Mr. Barreto, this series celebrates the ‘qualities [&] essence, the beauty & the circumstances that women have to pass throughout history.’
An interesting aside: Tomorrow marks the nearest perigee full moon, not to be confused with a black moon!
